JCAEOP is one of seven associations that make up the
Classified School Employees Association, (CSEA). CSEA was established
to collectively bargain for and to provide representation on behalf of
all classified employees of Jefferson County Public Schools. CSEA is designed
to be a responsive, flexible organization able to initiate and maintain
an effective channel of communication with the School District's administrators.
CSEA is recognized by Jefferson County Public Schools
as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all classified employees
of the District and as such bargain for wages, benefits, hours, working
conditions, and employee rights.
| What does CSEA do for me? |
| Negotiate any changes in classified agreements including annual
cost-of-living raises. |
| Represents all classified employees by serving on District committees
and Task Forces. |
| Dedicated to preserving and protecting the interest of all classified
employees. |
| Represents any employee who may need it through the grievance procedure. |
