Each year JCAEOP presents a Winter Workshop and Awards Luncheon in late January or early February.  At this awards luncheon, JCAEOP presents the “JILLY” Award to a deserving Jeffco Office Professional, Library Media Technician, Para Educator For Children with Disabilities,ESL or Educational Tutor.  The “JILLY” Award goes to an individual who has demonstrated Outstanding Achievement in her/his job and for contributions and dedication to JCAEOP.

We also present “Recognition Awards” to JCAEOP members for excellence in the manner in which they do their job at the school site or department site.  One candidate is recognized from each of the following categories: Longevity (15 plus years in Jeffco), Rookie (1-5 years with Jeffco), Elementary, Middle, Senior High, District Departments, Para Educator for children with disabilities, Library Media Tech, ESL and Educational Tutor.

Additionally, we look for nominations for the Colorado Office Professional of the Year Award and Colorado Administrator of the Year Award.  These recipients would represent our school district at the State level sponsored by CAEOP (Colorado Assoc. of Educational Office Professionals) and may be chosen to go on to the National Level, sponsored by NAEOP.

Please give all of these awards some serious consideration.
